| Basing on the survey and discussion of the three typical middle schools in Dalian, the paper argues that, the school legal education of Dalian have made a rapid progress since the 1990s, but there were also some worrying problems, which embodied as the limited legal accomplishment of the students, the insufficient investment of schools, as well as the weakness of the other legal education organizations including family and community. Some reasons can explain the problems: the legal education system can be improved, the goal of legal education in national all-round education was not implemented well and the lacking of joint forces combining with varied legal education units. So, the paper raises some suggestive countermeasures: establishing the composite legal system centering with Dalian Justice Bereau, raising the professional level of legal education in schools, also, effectively organizing and mobilizing the participation of legal educators beyond the schools. |
