Experience is the main source for people to change the world and themselves. Therefore, it has become especially important for students to master enough experience. How to get students to gain enough experience should be a problem that all the teachers should consider about. However, most teachers only focus on the direct experience that is achieved after series of learning activities. Little attention is paid to the reflections and other kinds of high-level experience. This article elaborates how to increase students’ reflections and other kinds of high-level experience.138 students of a junior high school in Suzhou are selected as the object of this research. The author used questionnaire survey as the key sources to go for the further research of students’ learning activities and experience acquiring in Physics lessons. With the help of the theory of activity teaching and experience learning, the author analyzed the problems existing in students’ learning activities and experience acquiring. Basing on the survey and the analysis, the author comes up with some teaching strategies about how to use activity teaching to advance the experience acquiring, including how to advance the direct experience acquiring, how to choose the learning material, the procedure of experience acquiring, how to organize and how to assess the activity teaching as well as the problems that should be paid attention to while conducting the strategies. The author found that the conducting of the strategies improves students’ experience acquiring, attitudes and make students more willing to cooperate with others.
