With the current context of rapid social transformation, rapid technological development as well as the development of the socialist market economy, the construction of teachers’ professional ethics has faced severe challenges in China. Teachers’professional ethics means that teachers should abide by the ethical norms of professional behavior. The meaning of this specification is not limited to the formulation of regulations, what’s more we should pay more attention to the facts of the teachers’professional practice. Also it is not only concerned about the moral responsibility of individual teachers, but also the ethical responsibility of the teachers’ professional community and its realization. Thus, it is easy to understand that teachers should strive to carry out their professional obligations and abide by the professionalism and make commitment to professional responsibility in order to promote the construction of teachers’ professional ethics. However, in the context of teacher cooperation, do the teachers act as we expect? If not, what’s the problem of teachers’professional ethics in the teachers’cooperation? What is the cause of the problem? How should we respond?In this article, based on the previous analysis of data and materials, the author has used teacher cooperation activities as the research platform, employed documentary research, questionnaires and interviews and other research methods, done the research of three forms of teachers’cooperation-public cooperation, collective cooperation and Master vs. apprentice cooperation in Shanghai H school. The study found that three different forms of cooperation, faced the plight of the teachers’ professional ethics in varying degrees, to some extent, affected the depth of teachers’ cooperation and it is not conducive to the construction of teachers’ professional ethics. On this basis, the author has carried out cause analysis in the light of the aims of cooperation the partners of cooperation and the principles of cooperation the pattern of cooperation and the effect of cooperation.The end of this article is the "possible path of construction of teachers’ professional ethics". In this section the author focused on strategies to deal with problems in these aspects-the re-construction of professional and ethical norms of cooperation; the replacement of the system of teachers’professional ethics; the institutional changes based on the ethics of teachers; the campus culture construction based on ethical standard in order to advance both the theory and practice of it as well as promote the development of education in China.
