A Study On The Tacit Knowledge Ability Of Juvenile Volleyball Players In Hubei Province

The core of the tacit knowledge view is "far more than we know we can we speak".It is hardly, procedural, immediacy, privacy, fuzziness and informal sexual characteristics, in the organization and individual competition plays a decisive role, is forms the foundation of a person or organization core competitiveness. Volleyball players ability of tacit knowledge has evolved during training and competition, and implicit knowledge ability also can in turn affect the daily training and competition, the two complement each other. In view of this, this article tries to reveal juvenile volleyball players in hubei province features that are characteristic of tacit knowledge ability.This article mainly USES the literature material law, questionnaire survey method,mathematical statistics and logical analysis, the juvenile volleyball players in hubei province as the research object, with its characteristics of tacit knowledge ability as the research content, using the Chinese scholars Li Zuoxue compiled by the "questionnaire of individual tacit knowledge ability" to investigate the juvenile volleyball players,hubei province, using SPSS19.0 statistical software for data analysis, and the juvenile volleyball players in hubei province in the fixed number of year of the gender, age,training and position four sorts of tacit knowledge ability characteristics were studied.The main research conclusions are as follows:1.Juvenile volleyball players in hubei province as the increase of the age, the extension of fixed number of year of the training and field function division of labor is different, its tacit knowledge ability witnessed a gradual strengthening alienation,position, function and prominent characteristics of gender differentiation.2.Hubei youth men’s volleyball athletes than their professional skilled women’s volleyball athletes, emotion is relatively stable, and the team more harmonious interpersonal relationship, but in self learning, innovation, personal beliefs and social value cognition, etc., men’s, women’s volleyball athletes tend to be more consistent with basic characteristics.3.Hubei province juvenile volleyball players skills dimension, yuan cognition dimension, the values dimension, emotional dimension and interpersonal dimension will appear with the increase of age and training period and the features of growing.4.On the professional skills dimension, tapping the hand is better than that of a setter and free, the reason is that hand is the main scorer game, this requires its must have superb professional skills; On the emotional dimension and interpersonal dimension, setter is superior to the attack and free hand, the reason is that a setter is the main communicator in the game, it is to inspire, and want to do a good job of the team cooperation; On the dimension of metacognition and values, hand, setter and free basic same.
