| The sports teacher evaluation is an important part of school education. Due to the physical education teachers evaluation and personal professional development, professional title promotion, economic income is closely related to their own interests, such as PE teacher evaluation of the fairness to a great extent, affects the teaching enthusiasm and attitude, etc. So it is imperative to formulate scientific and reasonable evaluation system of physical education teachers. This research USES the literature material law, questionnaire investigation, logical analysis, mathematical statistics and so on of jining city key middle school PE teachers’ evaluation of current situation, existing problems and causes on the basis of the comparison research and exploration, and put forward the corresponding countermeasures.According to the survey, the current evaluation of the current situation of jining city key middle school physical education teachers are:(1) the evaluation system is not sound, imperfect evaluation standard, evaluation standard become a mere formality; (2) the purpose of the evaluation standard is given priority to with rewards and punishment evaluation, no sufficient attention to the teacher professional development; (3) evaluation standard content is unitary, the main physical test scores of students as the main basis, not enough attention on physical education teachers teaching process; (4) evaluation criterion method is not scientific; (5) the evaluation results feedback in a timely manner, the results of the present method is not scientific.According to the analysis of the status, based on the concept of scientific development, teacher, maslow’s hierarchy of needs theory as the instruction, proposed some improving measures.Mainly include:1. Change concept, establish and promote teaching through evaluation, promoting development through evaluation, evaluation concept; 2. Establish and improve and adapt to the new standard evaluation standard system; 3. Build and adapt to the new standard index system; 4. Build and adapt to the new standard evaluation model system; 5.
