With the progress of the times, economic and social development,education attracted widespread attention, and secondary school education as an important stage of education, whether can conform to the social development requirements, cultivate outstanding talents, it is the hot issue,which has attracted much attention. The teachers are the main body of middle school education, shoulders the sacred mission of middle school education,and it is related to the success or failure of middle school education. In recent years, the secondary school education of Jining District of Wulanchabu City has made remarkable achievements, however, the secondary school education still can’t fully meet the needs of economic and social development of the region and middle school education resources has not been completely exploited, secondary education compared with other regions there is gap.Therefore, for the middle school education also put forward new requirements,and middle school teachers team construction is particularly important. Jining District of Wulanchabu City must strive to create a professional, high quality,strong business secondary school teachers, and thus enhance the quality of secondary education, training to adapt to the needs of economic and social development of the outstanding talents.This paper consists of five parts:The first part is the introduction, introduces the research background,significance, methods, ideas and literature review, the groundwork for further study.The second part introduces the present situation of middle school teachers in Jining District of Wulanchabu City. Introducing the structure,treatment, subject distribution and so on, in order to show the reality of middle school teachers in Jining District of Wulanchabu City.In the third part, in the present Jining District of Wulanchabu City secondary school teachers troop present situation under the premise, revealsthe problems of Jining District of Wulanchabu City secondary school teachers,for example, teachers’ qualifications, age and title structure is unreasonable;the teacher training system is not perfect; teacher treatment is not high, easy to recognize the reality, to better promote Wulanchabu Jining District secondary school teachers team construction to develop in the direction of depth.In the fourth part, based on the problems existed in Jining District of Wulanchabu City secondary school teachers team construction, in combination with the actual, exploring reasons behind it, mainly around the schools, teachers, system, and other aspects of the analysis, in a reserves issues behind the reason, for the follow-up study to provide support.The fifth part, according to the problems that secondary school teachers team construction Jining District of Wulanchabu City, proposing the strategy,from the government, schools, teachers, and other aspects, striving to provide constructive suggestions, in order to promote local District secondary school teachers team construction to a new level of Wulanchabu Jining District.The sixth part, the conclusion makes a brief summary of this research,and put forward the research direction in the future.Through the above research and strive to provide constructive suggestions for how to carry out the middle school teachers team construction work of Jining District of Wulanchabu City and the administrative department of education, in order to service to demand reality that secondary school teachers team construction of Jining District of Wulanchabu City and ultimately to promote the secondary school teachers team construction to a new level of Jining District of Wulanchabu City.
