Vocational skills training plays a major role in improving the quality of workers and promoting social development. Based on the network environment, Mobile Learning,Fragmented Learning, Flipped Learning are combined with each other, which is the foundation of the application of Micro-lecture in vocational skills training, and a good way to innovative the teaching of Vocational skills training.Micro-lecture can integrate graphics, animation, audio and other multimedia information,which will help students understand professional knowledge and skills methods better;Micro-lecture can play operating demonstration, demo presentation, which overcomes the limitations of the physical reality, will guide students to do skills training better. In the study of Micro-lecture, students can control their learning according to their needs and ability to achieve personalized learning level. Therefore, it is significant to study Micro-lecture in Vocational skills training.This article researches from connotation of the Micro-lecture, puts forward the way of supporting Vocational skills training teaching with characteristics of Vocational skills training courses. With the study of computer skills Micro-lecture instances in Khan Academy, I have summarized design methods of Micro-lecture in vocational skills training,and put forward the design pattern of Micro-lecture and three application modes.After investigation to the needs of Micro-lecture, the characteristics of students and environmental conditions, then based on design methods and design model, I develope Three Micro-lecture instances with objectives and content of "The Construction and Maintenance of Automobile" course. I release these instances on the interner and implement in a vocational school, then evaluate them from learning effect and Micro-lecture design effect two aspects after learning one week.On the effect of learning, this research concludes that:(1) The level of professional knowledge and professional skill has increased;(2)Micro-lecture will widen the gap in learning performance;(3)Micro-lectures are very popular with most of the learners;(4)The majority of learners think Micro-lecture is helpful;(5)The majority of learners think the sense of self-confidence has improved.On the effect of design in Micro-lecture, this research concludes that three instances meet the standard of Micro-lecture, but there are some little problems:(1) "Test of cylinder wear " Micro-lecture needs to increase the problem situation when introduces the core concepts;(2) " Cognition on Piston " Micro-lecture somewhat lacks " the main line clear, focused, logical in teaching ", which can be considered complete;(3) Lacking of “Onlinecollaboration of team" in three instances, which needs to think about teaching strategies in the next step;(4) students in some area face the problem of network infrastructure.
