Training App programmers in higher vocational colleges has been a hot spot in recent years.However,the lack of excellent teachers,good teaching materials and the poor of students' foundation that make the training more difficult.Moreover,the immaturity of teaching methods leads to more serious problems,such as students' interest in learning is not sustainable and the effect of learning is not ideal.Therefore,based on the theory of Constructivism,this thesis firstly analyzes the current situation of the micro-lecture of App development under the analysis of learners' needs.Then this thesis analyzes the previous teaching design of "App Stack Development" from the aspect of teaching content,objectives,evaluation,and script design.And this thesis design the "App development " experience micro-lecture,which includes three 30 minutes teaching cases and video lecture of local data version App,network database server and network data version App.The micro-lecture "App full stack development" designed in this study not only can be used as the experience lecture of professional education,but also can be one part of practical training lecture of App development.This micro-lecture allows students to understand and attempt a full process of App development with a front-to-back program implementation principle through simple examples,which aims to lay the foundation for follow-up teaching.This micro-lecture video is applied in grade 2016 in a vocational college of Jiangxi province,and the actual application effect was investigated by questionnaire and individual interview.Meanwhile,this class is compared with grade 2015 which under the same teaching level and material but never use the micro-lecture.From the comparison,the thesis found that the number of students who are willing to continue App development has increased from 9.6% in 2015 to 28.6% in 2016,and the number of students has increased to three times.This phenomenon shows that the application of "App full stack development" micro-lecture increases the students' interest in the study of this technical course and promotes the students' confidence in the relevant works of this major.At the end of the semester,the teacher found that the total average score of grade 2016 is 80.97% and the grade 2015 is 75.78 when compared the test scores of grade 2016 with grade 2015,which shows the significant differences between the two grades.And According to the standard deviation of score,the overall difference of grade 2016 is smaller than 2015,and its overall level is more stable.In this thesis some attempts have been made in the application of micro-lecture in IT comprehensive practice course for higher vocational education,and the preliminary teaching experiment shows that this kind of experiment is valuable but exists many shortages.In the future,we will make a further exploration on the design of abundant content micro-lecture,the teaching effect experiment of micro-lecture and the relationship between learning motivation and learning effect.
