With the development of information technology education, informationtechnology into allkinds of schools at all levels with hitherto unknown speed, impact on everyone’s work, studyand life, it also greatly enhance the effect of classroom teaching, improve students’ learningefficiency. The classroom teaching is the central link of school education, the use of classroomteaching in the teaching media also will continue to change, the interactive electronicwhiteboard has replaced the slide projector, the projector has becomethepreferred class information, compared with the traditional instruments, it has characteristicsof simple and easy to learn, not only visual image and has the advantagesof high integration, easy preservation, network etc., it become the most acceptable form ofmultimedia teaching, not only expanded the amount of teachers, improve the knowledge taughtby interest, but also increase thestudents’ learning initiative. Play to the advantages of interactiveelectronic whiteboard and multimedia courseware, optimize the implementation of informationtechnology and classroom teaching. At present, information technology has been widely applied in the field of teaching insecondary vocational and technical education, interactive electronicwhiteboard teaching has become the mainstream media, and constantly improve the qualityof teaching level, teaching, cultivating students’ comprehensive quality."Integration ofeducational philosophy is one of the informationtechnology and mathematics teaching insecondary vocational school curriculum in secondary vocational schoolmathematics teaching outline" the interactive electronic whiteboard has become the teaching andlearning tools are urgently needed and important auxiliary means, but has not beenfully application ofinteractive whiteboard in the practical teaching, this paper aims to startingfrom the secondary vocational mathematics, study on electronic whiteboard to the effectivenessof Constructivist Teaching in secondary vocational school mathematics teaching function. In this paper, a comprehensive analysis of the interactive electronic whiteboardteaching advantages and disadvantages, further discusses the characteristics of "secondaryvocational school mathematics teaching outline" teaching requirements, function structure ofknowledge and learning. Secondary vocational school students based onpoor thinking difference, need to fullymobilize the enthusiasm of learning of students, notonly the traditional teachingmode, the teacher imparting knowledge, students acquire knowledgeof methodsare required to give full play to the advantages of interactive electronicwhiteboard after some theoretical research this initial improvement and development of mathematics teaching in secondary vocational school, to through the analysis of theinteractive whiteboard application in secondary vocational schoolmathematics classroom case, to discuss how to realize the integration, toopen the resourcecentered interactive electronic whiteboard and themathematics course, promotethe students’ autonomous learning, enrich the teaching environment, make the students obtain theknowledge flexibly, learningmore efficient, overcome the abstract characteristics in the functionteaching. A mathematical method for seepage combining numbers with shapes ofmathematicalthought and function and equation, so as to provide some help andreference for the preliminarytest of interactive electronic whiteboard. The experimental results show that both the experimental group and the nonexperimentalclass, the students interest in learning, knowledge harvesting and ability to promote, teachingmode recognition and other aspects of the electronic whiteboard were recognized. Comparedwith the non experimental class, the experimental class teaching mode recognition, learninginterest, harvest the knowledge and ability to promote and actively participate in theclassroom of higher learning, learning state, exploring ability, independent research, thinkingandother aspects are better than the non experimental class.
