The teaching quality test, which is taken before Gaokao(the national college entrance test), has attracted a lot of attention due to its functions of diagnosis, guidance and simulation. Based on this understanding, the paper summarizes the related research results of the writing and evaluation of the teaching quality test. With the further study of it, the author reexamined the writing and evaluation of the teaching quality test of Longyan, Fujian. The realization and thoughts on it have been put forward as follows.1. The teaching quality test of the Senior Grade Three taken in Fujian province is subjected to the book:The test outlines of####(year) National Entrance Examinations of Universities and Colleges in Fujian Province.2. The writing of the test should abide by the following principles: scientific and normative principle, fundamental and practical principle, consistency and validity principle, stability and innovation principle.3. The main work of writing test papers includes preparation and implementation. While preparing, the procedure is according to the following: form a work team, divide the labour and organize the research work. Then, in the implementation period, great efforts should be made to centralized training, writing items, rewriting items, composing the test paper, previewing and finalizing the paper. 4. There are two types of evaluation of the writing of teaching quality test. The first type called qualitative evaluation is focusing on purposiveness, foundation, normalizing, moderate originality, political principle and scientific principle. The other called quantitative evaluation lies in reliability, validity, difficulty and discrimination.The paper has included some suggestions, including the normative implementation and scientific evaluation of the writing of the teaching quality test. It gives direction for further research with regard to this article.
