Vigorously developing the occupation education not only become a key point of the world education policy,but also become one of the focus of our country to optimize the educational structure.While with the development and popularization of information technology and the internet industry,which play a deep influence on the traditional education mode,and the teaching resources shows the characteristics of fragmentation,entertainment,light reading etc..How to integrate the fragmented teaching resources to improve the teaching and learning efficiency of teachers and students in secondary vocational schools and to provide better talents for the society becoming an important subject.However,due to the diversity and rich content of fragmented teaching resources in reality,how to find useful resources from massive data is the premise of effective integration and application of fragmented resources.Based on this,this paper intends to take secondary vocational mathematics as an example to discuss the quality evaluation of teaching fragmentation resources in this course.Based on this,This paper investigates the present basic research in mathematics teaching resources about fragmentation.Two questionnaires were designed for teachers and students to investigate the attitudes and efficiency of teachers and students towards mathematics teaching and fragmented teaching resources in secondary vocational schools.It was found that teachers and students had a positive attitude towards using fragmented teaching resources.Only about one third of teachers and students obtained fragmented teaching resources through the Internet,and more.Less than a third of teachers and students think that web search is more effective and they can get useful information from the web.The empirical investigation is introduced to observe the situation of fragmented resources of mathematics teaching in secondary vocational school currently and understanding the problem in the process of using the fragmentation teaching resources of teachers and students.It is found that the knowledge coverage of fragmented teaching resources is narrow,learning is not systematic,quality evaluation criteria are lacking,and screening is difficult.In view of the above problems,based on the principles of scientificity,systematicness,objectivity and maneuverability,we further suggest to build the quality evaluation index system of mathematics teaching resource,applying AHP and fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method to establish the fuzzy evaluation model including the context of information content,layout and design,ease of use and performance of reference.Taking the fragmented resources of "the concept of polyhedron and revolving body" as an example,based on FAHP model,the quality water of fragmented resources is evaluated.Assess the effectiveness of the fragmentation resources.Finally,Based on the two hypotheses that the comprehensive use of fragmented teaching resources has a significant effect on the improvement of students' learning effect,and that the use of fragmented teaching resources after quality evaluation has a more significant effect on the improvement of students ' learning efficiency,three teaching experiments are designed.We verify the effect of the using and integrating of fragmentation teaching resources on the learning efficiency of the students through the teaching experiment.The results show that the learning efficiency of the students would be improved by using and integrating of fragmentation teaching resources in secondary vocational mathematics.
