| With the Chinese economy rapidly developing, the educational level of parents improving, and the income rising, more and more attention is paid to the early education in China. At present, China’s early education is in a blowout. There are various kinds of early education centers and educational ideas. The author investigated three early education centers in Hohhot to conduct a comprehensive study on the operation management of early education centers with the documentary method, interviewing method as well as observational method. By investigating and comparing the three early education centers, the author has a deep understanding of the market demand of the professional early education institutions in Hohhot in order to put forward some solutions. At the same time, the feasibility of A Early Education Center can be proved from the following aspects.First, the historical background and the development trend of early education industry will be illustrated, and the current situation as well as the problems in China’s early education industry will be studied.Second, after market research and data collection, the development and market demand in China and Hohhot will be illustrated from the angles of social needs, the state of economy, and policies.Third, according to market research results, the location and the operation program of the early education center can be determined. Meanwhile, the author will analyze the cost of project construction and operation, the rate of return on investment and sensitivity. Based on the results of above analysis, the author plans the construction plan, the organization and market operation mode, in order to make sure the low investment risk, the high rate of return on investment, and the short payback time. Throughout the paper, the feasibility and necessity will be illustrated. |
