Construction And Practice Of Teaching Quality Monitoring System For Independent Colleges

The Independent College is a new school form of higher education reform and development. It effectively integrates high-quality higher education with social resources by market mechanisms. Undoubtedly, Teaching quality is the lifeline of independent colleges . it is necessary to monitor teaching quality in order to improve teaching quality ,it is also the responsibility of Independent Colleges .To meet requirements of training highly adaptive and skilled talents, independent colleges cannot simply copy the teaching quality control and assurance systems currently used in regular universities. By using discipline of study, system theory research results, the paper attempts to carry on the discussion to present situation of the independent colleges teaching from the theory and practice. The quality monitoring system in Independent Colleges as a guarantee of teaching effectiveness and improve quality of personnel train. It explored the establishment of a scientific and efficient teaching quality control and assurance system to enhance the teaching of self-management, self-control, and self-development ability.The paper first point out the reason, significance, and content of teaching quality control system.Then based on the characteristics of Independent Colleges and current teaching situation, it analyzed the factors affecting education quality and systematical constructed a complete teaching quality monitoring system with considerations of all the elements of teaching and teaching system. At the same time, a systematic, interact -tive and theoretical teaching monitoring system is formed and implemented based on campus network. Finally, take the Zhijiang College of Zhejiang University of technology for example, analyzes the teaching monitor system ,It is a progress putting theory to practice. and the system's weakness and further needs were outlined.
