At present,due to the immature and non-standard management system of private kindergartens in our country,the quality management of private kindergartens is generally low.The key to improving the quality of private kindergartens lies in the improvement of their own quality management ability.Therefore,the quality of private kindergartens needs to be monitored systematically and standardized,and the construction of the internal monitoring system of the quality of private kindergartens is particularly important.Under this background,this study adopts the paradigm of case study,and takes four private kindergartens of A Preschool Education Group as the research object,using the methods of observation,interview and literature.Through presenting the present situation of the quality control system of case kindergartens,this paper further analyses the internal control system of the quality of case kindergartens,reconstructs the internal control system of the quality of case kindergartens,and finally puts forward management suggestions for private kindergartens to construct the internal control system of the quality of case kindergartens.Firstly,this study presents the real state of the internal monitoring system of the quality of kindergarten education from five dimensions: organizational structure,monitoring subject,monitoring content,monitoring means and operation process.This paper evaluates the effectiveness of the internal monitoring system for the quality of case-based kindergartens,and finds the following problems: lack of monitoring organization,simplification of monitoring subject,superficiality of monitoring content,singleness of monitoring means and imperfection of operation process.Then,the reasons for the above problems in the internal monitoring system for the quality of case-based kindergartens are discussed.Based on the above research,this paper explores the methods of reconstructing the internal monitoring system of the quality of case-based kindergartens from two aspects: the basis and the process of reconstructing the system.Then it presents the results of reconstructing the internal monitoring system of case kindergarten education quality,which is mainly divided into five parts: monitoring objectives,monitoring organization,monitoring content,the operating process of monitoring system and the management and control of the operating system.Finally,according to the research results of case kindergartens,the following managementsuggestions are put forward for private kindergartens: to improve the internal management mechanism of private kindergartens,to promote the systematization of the quality of education;to find the right position of private kindergartens,to balance the demands of the government and the market for the quality of education;to ensure the diversification of internal monitoring subjects in private kindergartens,and to promote the scientific development of the system.
