| In our teaching staff of the management of colleges and universities,Teaching staff’s working enthusiasm, initiative teaching staff can not be fully play influenced by various factors.This paper mainly analyzes the existing incentive mechanism of the teaching staff in Colleges and universities of China’s problems, and put forward reasonable suggestions through the analysis of the theory of human resource management, and combining with the research on the incentive management of college teaching staff, referring to the domestic and foreign advanced incentive means.In the realistic background of our teaching staff in Colleges and universities, this article from the five parts below were discussed.The main frame and the basic contents:The first chapter introduces the current development status of review on overseas, and puts forward the research contents, the research methods and innovations.The second chapter introduces the theory of incentive problem of the college teaching staff, which mainly describes the basic concept of incentive, incentive management concept of university teaching staff characteristics, working characteristics, incentive management thinking of the classical theory and species. In the third chapter, the author analyses the present situation of incentive management system in Colleges and universities teaching staff, taking Y University in Shaanxi Province as an example, including the introduction in teaching assistant, the main administrative organization present situation and existing problems of administrative assistant teaching team of Y University in Shaanxi Province.The fourth chapter discusses the university teaching staff incentive and the reasons of the existing problems, including the concept of: human resource management is weak, prompting means is lack, incentive compensation performance culture is imperfect,The form of salary incentive mechanism is single, evaluation system is not perfect.The fifth chapter puts forward the suggestions on perfecting incentive mechanism of college teaching staff, includes that the concept of people-oriented, innovation is a prerequisite to the incentive to work motivation, the ability to create organization, strengthen college teaching team construction of university teaching performance culture, do well the training work etc. |
