"National medium and long-term educational reform and development program (2010-2020)" pointed out clearly that we should" raise the teachers’status, safeguard the interests of teachers, improve the treatment of teachers, and enable the teachers to become a respectable occupation". Therefore, improving the incentive mechanism for college teachers, maximizing the potential of the faculty, increasing teachers’working enthusiasm and creativity in order to improve the benefit and competitiveness of running a university, has become the purpose of developing education and improving the quality of education. This research is based on the survey of college teachers in Shenyang. It analyzes the College Teachers’incentive problems, and puts forward the corresponding countermeasure proposal.The article consists of five chapters. The first chapter is introduction, including the background and the selected topic significance and the domestic and foreign research review. The second chapter is the summary about Shenyang university teachers’incentive, including the core concepts and theory foundation of the research overview. The third chapter is the survey of Shenyang College teachers, and the results of investigation were analyzed in this chapter. The fourth chapter is the Shenyang college teachers’incentive countermeasure research, and it puts forward the overall thought, principle and solution methods. The fifth chapter is the portion of the knot.This article adopts the method of literature research and questionnaire investigation method, based on the Shenyang college teachers’survey. It sums up the main problems of college teachers’incentive existing in the Shenyang area. Besides, according to the characteristics of Shenyang college teachers’incentive mechanism’s operating conditions, the essay put forward on the suggestion and countermeasure about Shenyang colleges teachers’ incentive, which is innovative. In this essay, the important theoretical and practical significance is to improve the teachers’management, to raise teachers’job satisfaction, to arouse teachers’enthusiasm, initiative and creativity, to improve colleges’quality and efficiency, to get to know Shenyang college teachers’incentive situation, to make scientific development of College Teachers’incentive policy, and to adopt the reasonable teacher incentive measures.
