Classroom teaching evaluation plays an important role in improving theefficiency of classroom teaching and enhancing the level of teachers’ classroom teaching, thus classroom teaching evaluation of chemistry is a necessary part in the teaching of chemistry. And classroom observation is a new and effective way of evaluation that accords with the requirements of the evaluation idea of new curriculumreform of chemistry. This paper adopts the combination of qualitative observation and quantitative observation to produce the observation cases of different types of lessons and to make the scale that has the characteristics of chemistry. classroom observation is beneficial to build high-quality teaching, which strives to reach the teaching realm of the combination of cognitive construction-affection and intelligence demonstration-setting creation.This paper can be mainly divided into five parts: in the first chapter, the introduction contains the background of the research, the purpose of the research, the definitions of some related concepts, literature review and the construction and methods of the research. In the second chapter, in introduces the theoretical base, which contains the idea of the new curriculumreform of chemistry, FIAS and the developmental theory of classroom teaching evaluation of chemistry. In the third chapter, it mainly discuss the strategies of classroom observation of chemistry. And at the beginning, it talks about the functions and key points of classroom observation of chemistry, then in comes the conclusionthat the functions of classroom observation on chemistry teaching. Then, it introduce the strategies of classroom observation including the choice of the observation perspective, the development of observation scale and the way of classroom observation. In the fourth chapter, it discusses the application of classroom observation in chemistry teaching based on concrete lessons and the firstthree chapters, and it is to explore the new teaching, flipped classroom and revision class based on micro classes and to demonstrate how classroom observation amply to chemistry classroom teaching.Chemistry classroom teaching needs classroom observation, which is the new way of classroom evaluation that meets the requirements of times. In the process of using it, if playing the advantages of this method, it can build the high-quality teaching in chemistry, and promote the development of chemistry classroom teaching in junior high school.
