Classroom observation of such a professional listening and evaluation model,in the new curriculum reform,has a relatively large advantage.To make our classroom more multidimensional.No longer as in the past,only in the light of the teaching of good or bad to evaluate.Today's classroom,from two aspects of teachers and students to evaluate the classroom.In this paper,the author focuses on the understanding of classroom observation,and more standardized classroom observation model that is how to develop more realistic scale.The author uses two different classroom models,to develop the scale,and focus on how to use the scale.Making classroom observation a more scientific system provides a more scientific theoretical basis for the growth of young teachers.At the same time,we hope that under the guidance of the theory of classroom observation,we can better serve the students,serve the society and serve the life.This paper mainly consists of five parts: the first part is the introduction,including the research background,research status,research purpose,research ideas and methods.The second part is the theoretical basis of chemistry classroom observation,including the content of classroom observation,the characteristics of chemistry classroom teaching.The third part mainly introduces the mode of classroom observation,including the selection of points and the feasibility of the selected points.The fourth part of the main introduction of classroom observation of an important tool,classroom observation scale,and for example,respectively,is to explore the type of teaching model and the development of experimental class teaching observation scale.In the fifth part,the author mainly writes about the observation team members,participate in the two classroom observation,and participate in the production scale and the use of the scale of the advantages and disadvantages.The classroom teaching of chemistry subject needs to observe the new way of classroom evaluation of the new era.stay.In the process of using this method,it can improve the construction of high quality classroom teaching and promote the development of chemistry classroom teaching in middle school.
