Classroom observation is based on the theory of constructivism, is an important field in teaching evaluation. Music teaching evaluation, is to use the feasible evaluation means, all the expected effect of music teaching in order to value judgment. The value of it is music education as the standard, the concept of "new standard" are used to measure musician occasionally result and effect. Classroom observation is a common evaluation method of teaching evaluation. Class is a stage, and the teacher development of professional skills, team out of the classroom talk everything is unscientific. Through the view of several high school music lessons, sparked my thinking of classroom observation, exactly how to use the classroom observation method to improve the validity of the high school music teaching can help teachers improve teaching level and improve the students' learning efficiency, is now an urgent need to solve the problem.Classroom behavior fleeting, teachers without professional classroom observation technology training, teacher to teaching behavior to make a judgment, mostly based on the original experience, the introspection of the classroom teaching is weak. Now researchers are far away from the classroom, although they studied many factors in the classroom, for example: teachers, students, teaching contents and methods, etc., for high school teachers, the results of this study for their teaching level and no direct help,it is difficult to improve the effectiveness of the classroom.I mainly through vital practical classroom into the line, analysis under the new standard of high school music class. Introduces the stage of classroom observation and dimensions, sorting, collection, combined with case analysis, based on existing scale research put forward the proposal of the subject, and make a reflection.
