With the deepening of the reform of physical education in middle school and thedevelopment of health first and life-long sports, in under the guidance of thinking, tostudents to choose as the foundation, makes the study of physical education teachingmode to pay attention to the cultivation of the contemporary middle school studentsautonomy, individuality, and the consciousness of lifelong physical education teachingmodel forward. But how to realize the true independent studentsin Aerobics learning,how to reflect the students’ personality development needs, is themain problem facing the middle school physical education. This research usesthe questionnaire survey method, expert interview method, experimental testmethod, to seven in Ji’nan were randomly selected to participate in the60students choose aerobics elective course as the research object, through the contrastexperiment, in-depth study of the integration of class teaching mode inthe teaching application ofAerobics of middle school. The results are as follows:1By comparing the experimental, in-depth study, the difference in aerobics technicalindicators, health indicators, behavioral and emotional indicators index on experimentalgroup oriented Teaching Mode and middle school students in the control group usingtraditional teaching mode.2by the movement of knowledge, skills, physical fitness, body shape and healthresearch knowledge of aerobics athletes found using oriented Teaching Mode inimproving cardiopulmonary function and aerobic endurance capacity have an importantrole, can promote Students master the damage to the Aerobics knowledge. AerobicsTeaching adopt oriented Teaching Mode to improve students’ speed, strength, flexibility,endurance quality has a significant role in promoting, but not for changing student bodyshape aerobics impact. In addition, the use of teaching aerobics Whole Teaching Modefor high school students to establish a correct concept of health, master scientifictheories and methods of physical training and sports to master knowledge of health carehave a significant role in promoting.3aerobics health indicators, the use of the experimental group oriented Teaching Modein the culture of self-cognitive abilities, and develop a positive role in harmoniousinterpersonal relationships and a deep understanding of aerobics on mental health thanthe traditional teaching model The group has a high degree of recognition.4In the social behavioral indicators, the use of the experimental group oriented Teaching Mode in fostering a strong self-confidence and good will, to establishharmonious relationships and good spirit of cooperation than through traditionalaerobics activity teaching model control group has a high degree of recognition.Through experimental group and control group students’ social adaptation indicatorsacceptance survey found that the use of Class Integration-teaching groups to developgood sense of competition to adapt to the environment of modern society and get thelatest from modern society fitness and health knowledge than the traditional teachingmodel control group has a higher degree of recognition.5Whole Teaching mode using excitation and for students interested in aerobics with asignificant role in promoting, for high school students form an active and positiveattitude aerobics have significant role in promoting. Values student learning areinvolved in aerobics to keep fit, followed by followed by a rich amateur life and enrichleisure time. Students’ choice of aerobics sports values are in entertainment, fitness,sports association functions are closely related.6through the experimental group and the control group found that the investigation ofthe selective courses of Aerobics self evaluation, different groups of students ontheselective courses of Aerobics self-evaluation has certain difference, the experimentalgroup with a very satisfactory, the control group with satisfactory, results showthatusing class inside and outside the integrated teaching mode to improve students’aerobics exercise satisfaction plays an important role in.
