In the context of quality education,with the further deepeni-ng of teaching reform,the new education idea for the developm-ent of college physical education puts forward higher request.Learning is not only to be a master of motor skills,but students should achieve all-round development.It requires teachers to u-se targeted teaching according to students' individual differenc-es in the education teaching process.In view of this,I would to use dynamic hierarchical teaching method which adheres to the principle of teaching in accordance with students' aptitude in t-he javelin teaching.The purpose is to verify the feasibility and advantages of dynamic hierarchical teaching method through th-e comparative study of comparative classes and experimental classes in the javelin teaching.I want to provide the theoretical basis for the javelin teaching method innovation,and certain ref-erence and reference of similar courses.This research mainly depends on the method of teaching ex-periment and questionnaire survey,with the dynamic hierarchi-cal teaching method in ordinary universities' javelin teaching as investigation object,and 25 students who were randomly sel-ected in two classes of physical education major from college seniors ofShanxi Normal University as experimental objects.I would analyze the effect of using dynamic hierarchical teaching method in ordinary colleges' physical teaching training from the students' physical quality,individual psychological quality and technical review and so on.After the experiment,when we compared the experimental class with the comparative class,the results showed that:1.Dynamic hierarchical teaching method and traditional te-aching methods had no significant effect to improve the studen-ts' body quality: all students in experimental class and that in comparative class were improved in 30 m,standing long jump,the shoulder joint flexibility and throw solid sphere.They do not have a big differences(p > 0.05).2.The teaching effect of dynamic hierarchical teaching method in the javelin technique teaching is remarkable: dynam-ic hierarchical teaching method is more effective than traditio-nal teaching method in improving the students' skill of score ev-aluation,training,and achieving better teaching effect.3.Dynamic hierarchical teaching method is helpful to promo-te students' psychological development: dynamic hierarchical approach conforms to the characteristics of students' physical and mental development.Through the dynamic flow between gr-oups,I did invisible partition in students who had common diffe-rences,and thus met the demand of the differences between di-fferent students' learning and development.It can make the stu-dent to obtain the optimal teaching effect.On the basis of the above conclusion,this paper put forward the corresponding proposal.
