With the increasing deepen degree of internationalization and socialization of univ ersities, the rapid development of economy and society, the international and domest ic environment has changed deeply, which make a different influence on the developme nt of colleges and universities. In recent years, the emergencies occur frequently in Col leges and universities, which has not only brought serious impact on the school’s norma 1 work order but more importantly made the University’s image and reputation suffer ser ious damage. The occurrence of this phenomenon has many factors, but among them, t here are some ethical problems in process of emergency information dissemination, it m ust be paid high attention and study.In this paper, through reading the literature, case analysis, comparative analy sis and other methods, combined with the law of mass dissemination of news ethics, c ollege emergency communication reviews;On this basis, starting from the spread of un expected events in Colleges and universities, combining the communication ethics an d journalism ethics, summarizes the connotation and characteristics of university emer gency communication ethics, ethical values and propagation were studied on the Unive rsity emergency.At the same time, review articles to occur through the recent typical u niversity emergencies, summarized the information dissemination of unexpected event s in Colleges and universities in the various ethical dilemmas and problems, and also m ade detailed analysis on the deep level reason and its causes. Finally, in order to strengt hen university emergencies, this dissertation focuses on communication ethicspoint o f view put forward strategies and measures.
