In recent years, many speech programmers become more and more popular, such as "lecture room", “super speaker”, and then the research of speech are attracted by people. Over 10 sets of middle school language teaching material, which include speeches selected article. Some of them are even opened a speech selection unit individually, others include oral communication training "speech" and "speech writing training" module. However, the speech did not get the attention of society, schools and the teachers and students. This article mainly discusses the meaning and value of speech teaching,and the speech is very important and practicable to the students in the future development putting forward relevant effective strategies of speech teaching so that which can cause the importance of society, schools and teachers and students to speech learning.This paper will be divided into six parts, the specific contents are as follows:The introduction part, mainly introduces the origin and significance of the research, the research present situation and content, and the research ideas and methods.Chapter one includes the definition of speech and speech, which focus on definition of speech, classification and features.Chapter two includes the speech which shows its distribution and features in the middle school language teaching material. This part focuses on analysis of middle school language teaching material, from the founding of PRC to now, which includes the distribution of content and quantity. And the current selection seven sets, such as, the Chinese version, Sue textbooks, Shanghai versions, illustrate the distribution of speech to improve its value and meaning.Chapter three,the analysis of questionnaire on teaching present situation and problem. This part includes two parts: design and implementation of the questionnaire(questionnaire design, the choice of subjects, the implementation of the questionnaire) and data processing and analysis of two parts.Chapter four, the speech’s reading teaching and the significance of strategy. Part of the speech reading teaching strategy mainly includes: speech reading teaching the meaning and value, the speech of reading teaching content selection and clear, speech, reading teaching breakthrough point selection and clear, speech, reading teaching reading teaching guidance and training.The innovation of this paper is the research of present middle school speech teaching condition today, and combine the previous research results on speech and speech teaching to explore and integration, so as to cause the attention of teachers and students and improve the students’ interest in learning.
