The flipped classroom has created a shock in the education since it comes into our sight. It turns the traditional teaching pattern "teaching after learning" into "learning before teaching" by using modern network technology and resources. It train the students’ learning ability, analysis ability and communication ability sufficiently and has the vital significance to the high school biology teaching. It is worthy of the attention of senior high school biology educators.This topic: try to practice MOOC and flipped classroom teaching mode in the biology teaching of senior high school. Flipped classroom teaching mode is practiced in senior high school biology teaching with the purpose of stimulating students’ learning enthusiasm, cultivating students’ awareness of autonomous learning, improving students’ autonomous learning ability and putting the concept of the new curriculum reform into practice ultimately. This paper is based on the practice of MOOC and flipped classroom teaching mode for a period of one year in the high school biology class, and the purpose is to explore the feasibility of this teaching model in senior high school biology teaching. Using so as to It objectively shows the difference between this mode and traditional teaching mode in the teaching achievement by using some methods, such as questionnaire, statistical analysis, results analysis, and so on.MOOC is still in the trial stage in the high school education. As a teacher, I have studied MOOC for more than one year, and have begun to try to carry out MOOC in the biology teaching in high school. I take the real teaching experience as the basis and the feasibility of MOOC has been tested by practice in high school biology teaching. I show my real teaching process and pick out the suitable content for MOOC, trying to find a transition path to MOOC teaching mode from the traditional teaching mode. Combining the advantages of the two, I try to make some efforts in the promotion of MOOC in high school. This paper proves the feasibility and superiority of the flipped classroom teaching model in senior high school biology teaching.
