Learning is every one important task facing the lifelong development. Rapid expansion in the 21st century is an information society, how to efficient learning has become the education increasingly concerned topic. Clearly put forward a new round of curriculum reform, change the traditional way of learning, promote students’ active study way, developing the students’ ability of five, cultivate the students’ learning ability, lets the student as the main body of learning, students will learn. It is in this background, this article through to the poor student mathematics learning strategy and learning eugenics survey, understand the poor student of mathematical learning strategy and learning eugenics gap, aims to guide education practice.Learning strategies in teasing out the domestic and foreign related research, based on the reference and draw lessons from a large number of relevant learning strategies questionnaire, and combining with the characteristics of high school students actually learning and compiled in the high school mathematics learning strategies questionnaire. Divided into three dimensions, namely, metacognitive strategy, cognitive strategy, resource management strategies. Improve the high school mathematics learning strategy teaching Suggestions: (1) to improve high school students use metacognitive strategy level of consciousness; (2) improve the ability of high school students use metacognitive strategy; (3) to strengthen the ability of using high school students cognitive strategy training.
