Su Shi is a rare liberal on the history of Chinese literature, he get through the boundaries of literature, history and philosophy and he is excellent at poetry. As a model of the literati, his artistic accomplishment and mental shackles reached the height that the ordinary people cannot match. Since Su Shi has an important position in history of literature and culture, Sue textbooks cited a large number of his works. 18 articles in total in the high school Chinese compulsory, elective textbooks and reading materials. As researchers, it is necessary to integrate the work of the Su Shi from the teaching material resources, thinking from the perspective of what to understand works of Su Shi.In this paper, methods of ’speaking like a book’,’multivariate interpretation’, ’intertextuality’ are used to interpret and teach works of Su Shi, in order to see the outline of the works of Su Shi, and to summarizes the effective teaching methods.This thesis consists of introduction, text, conclusion and appendix. The introduction includes three parts. First of all, the clarification of the meaning and significancy of this topic. Secondly, a summarization of research methods used in this paper. Finally we emphasis on the domestic research status and the development trend, integrate existing resources, in order to stand on the shoulders of predecessors, clarify research direction and improve the research starting point of this paper.The text includes five chapters. In the first and second chapters we mainly put forward Su Shi works’teaching problems and analyze its cause. The strategy of su Shi’s works teaching is discussed in chapter three, four and five. The first chapter ’teaching situation and the teaching value of suShi’s works’, analyzes Su Shi’s thought in his work, emphasis on its teaching value, such as the influence of Su Shi’s literary view to teaching of middle school. The second chapter ’Cause analysis of problems of Su Shi’s works teaching’, starting from the factors who influence interpretation of Su Shi’s work, combining the phenomenon of stylized teaching, we analyzes the cause of Su Shi’s work teaching problems. The third chapter is’using the method of speaking like a book’ to analyze the language of Su Shi works’, we try the integrated use of ’close reading’ method in western literary theory and’speaking like a book’ method in ancient China, to read the works of Su Shi. In chapter four, ’multivariate interpretation’, we focus on’the return of varied styles of works of Su Shi’, the proper use of ’ZhiRenLunShi’ in ancient Chinese literary theory, and ’learn from Su Shi work study academic achievement’. We also analyzed the recurring images in works of Su Shi. The fifth chapter ’using intertextuality to understand Su Shi’s thought’ put forward an ’topic based teaching method’. The topics is classified by the different thought in Su Shi’s work and intertextuality is used to analyze Su Shi’s works.The conclusion part summarizes the full text and interpreting the significance of Su Shi’s works. Appendix part is a summarization of author’s internship teaching Su Shi’s work’Song of the Red Cliff.
