| With the acceleration of urbanization,rural youth groups choose to work and settle in cities,rural kindergarten enrollment is becoming more and more difficult,most of them are mainly small-scale kindergartens,some kindergartens have less than 30 people,in order to save educational resources,save daily expenses,rural kindergartens began to implement mixed-age education,regional activities to mixed-age regional activities.Due to the insufficient funds of rural kindergartens,it is difficult to equip teaching aids consistent with urban kindergartens,so low-structure materials have become the first choice for rural children.This study is an action study on the placement of low-structure materials in rural kindergartens of mixed age areas,a public rural kindergarten in Weifang City,Shandong Province is selected as the research object,and two rounds of action research are conducted on Z kindergarten for 3 months by interview,observation and action research method.Try to improve the input of low-structure materials in the mixed-age play area of rural kindergartens,and promote the high-quality development of mixed-age games.After two rounds of action research,it was concluded that it is necessary to provide young children with a wide variety of low-structure materials first,and make full use of local resources to collect materials through multiple channels;Secondly,the placement of low-structure materials is scientifically placed according to the interests and needs of children and the ability level of children,so as to improve the purpose of material delivery;Once again,it will be launched in the form of low-structure material supermarkets,which can meet the needs of children’s games in various regions;Finally,pay attention to the use of children’s materials,and purposefully fill in and update materials to maintain children’s enthusiasm for play. |
