In the 18 th century,Montessori proposed "mixed age" teaching model and put it into practice,then many countries gave different evaluations to this teaching mode,and carry out mixed age education activitiesin different forms.In the 21 st century,a lot of kindergarten in China also started trying mixed age practice teaching mode,and has obtained some achievements,at the same time,there aremany problems existing in the teaching management of mixed age classes,affected children's physical and mental development.Based on this,I have taken X kindergarten of Chifeng as an example,used questionnaire survey method,observation method,interview method and so on,compared with the same age class,analyzing the class setting and mixed-age class education practice.Specific practices such as the design and implementation of teaching activities,environmental creation,teacher-child interaction,teacher development,etc.,It was found that in practice,problems such as insufficient comprehensive teaching plan,environmental creation,unscientific material placement,teacher-child interaction and teacher management were encountered.The main causes of these problems include the lack of solid theoretical foundations for teachers to carry out mixed-age education,lack of practical experience,low overall level of mixed-age teachers,and inadequate understanding of mixed-age courses.Then proposes a series of suggestions for improving the teaching management of mixed-age classes,such as creating scientific and reasonable mixed-age teaching activities,creating a scientific and interactive environment,creating a friendly and interactive atmosphere,improving the quality of teachers,and improving the training system.This will promote the in-depth development of the practice of mixed-age education in X kindergartens,and provide some theoretical and practical ideas for the development of kindergarten mixed-age classes..
