《The ordinary high school geography curriculum standard》 advocates changing the traditional and passive acceptance way of learning, cultivating students’ ability of autonomy, collaboration and exploration, finding and solving problems. However, in current high school geography lessons, the phenomenon of ignoring the subjectivity of students and focusing on the teaching from teachers still remains, which makes it impossible to culture students’ ability of autonomy, collaboration and exploration, also harmful to students’ long term development and leads to poor efficiency in class. Therefore, the improvement of teaching strategies in high school geography review lessons is very imminent. The improvement has riot only theoretical significance but also practical urgency.Based on research foundation of teaching strategies, mind map and The flipped classroom, combined with specific learning situation in Nanjing Xingzhi Experimental Middle School, this paper puts forward the teaching strategies of integrating mind map and The flipped classroom in high school geography review lessons. The system analyzes the application process, models and notes of mind map in The flipped classroom, and redefines the concept of inverted classroom It constructs the teaching model in high school geography review lessons using the mind map and activities, and also discusses the specific implementation process and existing defects and shortcomings in practice and exploration in order to achieve the purpose of innovations on teaching strategies in high school geography review lessons, change students’ learning methods and improve the quality of review. May it also be useful to colleagues’ further study and research at the same time.
