With the rapid development of China’s national economy, talents with high skills, mastery of new technology and skilled operation, is leading the main force, economic development and social progress, vocational education ushered in the new development. But in the higher vocational colleges because of teachers, students and other aspects of the problem, leading to the traditional education teaching is difficult to achieve teaching goals. Micro-lecture is a new teaching caused by the development of technology. Compared to other network course can cause the attention of students in Higher Vocational colleges. Therefore, micro-lecture construction in higher vocational classes should be given full attention, while China’s micro-lecture development the phenomenon of "practice first ", the study of vocational education micro-course design is still relatively small. So this paper trying to through the analysis of higher vocational computer excellent micro lesson case, looking for their common characteristics and existing problems, and for higher vocational computer micro class in terms of design provide a reference.In this paper, using stratified sampling method, from "The first micro-lecture competition of Jiangsu Province" selected nine samples as research object. Content analysis is the main research method, interview method and questionnaire survey method as the auxiliary. Text transcription of the micro-lecture video, combined with the existing research results and the teacher interviews, to determine the micro-lecture sample analysis framework class sample and the main observation points, through the quantitative analysis of micro-class samples, analysis the common features of Higher Vocational Computer micro-lecture design and problem.Through the study found micro-class samples that, produced in various forms; Teaching objectives of different dimensions have been concerned about, but the target level is relatively lower, the contents of teaching are well proportioned. The teaching organization form is compact; Teaching media in various forms; rich teaching behavior. At the same time, there are also have some issues, that the traditional teaching form, assignments continues for a long time, operation and demonstration of a bit of procrastination; for traditional course record, lack of innovation; stated the inaccurate teaching content and so on.Finally, based on the analysis of common characteristics and issues of Higher Vocational Computer micro-lecture, tries to puts forward some suggestions on the design of micro-lecture, and draw some inspiration for the construction of the micro-lecture.
