Art resources of Anyang region is very rich in the new situation of reform and development of children’s art education, teachers should develop and utilize the depth of the local art resources, and improve the quality of children’s art education. Thesis in art resources hometown in Henan, Anyang region as a starting point, through the cultural resources and folklore resources of the region to develop and use, and promote development in the region characteristic of children’s art education. Anyang, also as known as Yin Capital lasts for more than two hundred and seventy years old from Pangeng to Dixin, it was the first capital that determines the location in Chinese history, the locals called "Yin" most of the time, Anyang is in the north of the regional center in the city, bustling with quaint coexist. As one of the eight ancient capitals in China, Anyang has accumulated a heavy historical areas of culture, education and development of children’s art provides a convenient conditions for a large number of art resources. Firstly, through literature survey and field research methods, pointing out that Anyang application areas for art courses art resources.
