| The development and ascension of life is the essence of education nowadays, andit has become an important purpose of education to ensure the healthy growth of theteenagers.However, many young people in society disregard life, or easily end life oftheir own or others’, which prompts us to deep thought. Therefore, to improve thestudents’ life consciousness, and establish a correct view of life has become animportant task in today’s education. The research and promotion of life education inschools allow of no delay. How to integrate the life education into biology teachinghas become the new content of biology educators to study.This study use young people ignoring their own and other people’s lives for theguide, leads to the urgency of life education, researching the progress of lifeeducation by the way of literature, points out the status quo of life education. Andthen define the concept of life education, analysis of the life education theory, usingthe survey method to investigate the biology teachers’ and students’ life education,analyses the truth of the life education. Results show that the promotion of lifeeducation in biological teaching in our country is relatively slow, though teachers andstudents has been fully aware of the importance of the education of life, but the lackof life education’s implementation process, consciousness and action appeared seriousnot harmonious. For this, this paper points out that should be improved by thefollowing way: make full use of the content of life education in biology curriculumand use diverse teaching methods to carry out life education.Through the above research, the author realizes that life education is the mainforce to help students to understand the meaning of life and to promote the value oflife. The implementation of life education is necessary. Besides, it is practical andfeasible to carry on life education by using the content of biology textbooks in highschool and to enhance students’ life consciousness. |
