Research On The Current Employment Situation Of Xinjaing Physical Education Major Graudate

In recent years,influenced by many factors at home and abroad,the overall employment form of our country is severe,and the employment pressure of graduates is increasing.Therefore,the employment pressure of graduates is increasing.The employment rate of university graduates in China is low.At the same time,the major of physical education has been listed as the "Red Card" major by the authoritative organization "Mycos" Research Institute for four consecutive years.The employment situation of students majoring in Physical Education in China is not optimistic.Xinjiang belongs to the underdeveloped western region of China,and its education level is relatively backward.Therefore,the employment problem of college students majoring in Physical Education in Xinjiang is more prominent,which affects the employment prospects of college students majoring in Physical Education in Xinjiang.Under this background,the author chooses "the present employment situation and Countermeasures of the graduates of physical education major in Xinjiang" as the research theme,combs the overall employment situation of the graduates of physical education major in Xinjiang universities,carefully attribution analysis,and puts forward corresponding countermeasures and suggestions to solve the problems existing in the employment of the graduates of Physical Education major in Xinjiang universities,so as to help the completion of physical education major in Xinjiang universities.Employment of students.This study adopts the methods of documentation,questionnaire,interview and mathematical statistics to study the following questions:(1)What are the current employment situation of college graduates majoring in Physical Education in Xinjiang,what problems and shortcomings exist;(2)What factors affect the employment situation of college graduates in Xinjiang;(3)How can we improve the employment situation of college graduates majoring in physical education in Xinjiang? Employment statusTo this end,221 graduates of physical education major from five universities in Xinjiang(namely Xinjiang Normal University,Kashgar University,Yili Normal University,Changji University and Shihezi University)were randomly selected as the subjects of the questionnaire in order to explore their employment status and existing problems.With 221 respondents,5 university leaders and 12 basic education school leaders as interviewees,the causes of the problems were analyzed.The survey data show that the employment situation of graduates majoring in Physical Education in Xinjiang universities is not ideal,and there are mainly the following problems: low employment rate,unsatisfactory employment units,concentration of employment areas;general wages,poor pay,less opportunities for in-service further education,more in the field of primary physical education;low comprehensive competitiveness,lack of willingness and motivation to continue learning;high expectations for employment;The employment contradiction and discontent are serious.The reasons reflected in the interview results include: inadequate preparation of graduates;backward employment counseling in Colleges and universities;and the continuous improvement of social requirements.Therefore,the article puts forward targeted strategies,that is,college students should improve their own quality and adjust their employment mentality;colleges and universities should set up the goal of cultivating compound talents and build employment guidance and service system;and society should establish a fair and orderly employment market to form a fair and just employment competition atmosphere.
