Study On Coordinated Development Of Population Urbanization And Industrial Non - Agriculturalization In Yunnan Province

Urbanization is a great social transformation in China, it is the expression of factor’s agglomeration in space. The population as active "elements", it contains strong domestic demand (consumption), the potential factors of agglomeration effect, which is an important driving force in the development of national economy and social progress. However, Urbanization of "development dividend" in practice by all kinds of improper rent-seeking behavior of erosion, it is distorted in the interests game relationship and complex of conflicts. One obvious fact is that the development of urbanization has deviated from its must rely on foundation strength, in the non agriculture industry (economic development urbanization) under the condition of insufficient blindly promote the urbanization of population, from the evolution of the development of urbanization, which leads to the problem of layer. Through carding the theoretical basis of population urbanization and non coordinated development of agricultural industry, this article construct a "two" coordinated development framework in model assumptions with two element structure and factors of economic growth, and the non-balanced urban form based on the model. It points out that population urbanization contains several effects such as innovation effect, consumption, non-development cumulative effect, employment effect. Then, in practice, we analysis the current situation of Yunnan province’s population urbanization.Through constructing the model of cluster analysis, the coordination degree model and the VAR model, we can measure and analysis the two spatial agglomeration effect, coordination and interaction effect. Accordingly, we put forward this path of two coordinated development in Yunnan province.Through the research, this paper tries to correct the urban development proposition of the "only industrialization" and puts forward the theory framework of the healthy development of urbanization from the perspective of "non-agricultural".In practice, the paper sums up the basic experience of the" two "coordinated development, to provide beneficial reference for Yunnan Province and the similar area to realize the coordinated development of two".
