Humanistic quality education is a major theoretical and practical problem in China's education field,doing a good job of humanistic quality education in secondary vocational schools is conducive to the long-term development of all teachers and students in there.However,China's vocational education has long been too focused on the training of students' skills,humanistic quality education has long been neglected and developed.Improving the humanistic quality of students in secondary vocational schools has become an important issue in the reform of Vocational education.This paper focuses on the theme of Humanistic quality education in secondary vocational schools,through the investigation of some secondary vocational schools and the employers of the interview in Shijiazhuang City,analyzes the present situation and problems of these schools,and through the literature review summing up successful experience,put forward countermeasures and suggestions in secondary vocational schools.Chapter 1 Introduction.This chapter mainly discusses the background and significance of the study,concept definition,research status and development analysis,research ideas and methods,research content and innovation.Chapter 2 Overview of Humanistic Quality in secondary vocational schools.This chapter mainly from the following aspects to analysis,the connotation and the development of humanistic quality education,the theoretical basis of humanistic quality education in secondary vocational schools,objectives and features of humanistic quality education in secondary vocational schools.Chapter 3 The present situation and analysis of humanistic quality education in secondary vocational schools.This chapter based on the investigation and analysis of some secondary vocational schools and some employers in Shijiazhuang city,summarizes the status quo and problems of humanistic quality education in secondary vocational schools,and analyzes the problems in depth.Chapter 4 To strengthen and improve the humanistic quality education in secondary vocational schools.This chapter mainly from the national,school and individual level.
