Humanities quality promotion is an important content and goal of education,which is of great value to the overall development of students and improves the quality of education.With the average and integrated development of vocational education and the emphasis on the basic quality of talent,improving the humanistic quality of secondary vocational school students is becoming imperative.However,because of the secondary vocational education"pay attention to practical function and ignore the basic cultural knowledge learning" in the past,humanistic quality education hasn't been paid more attention and put into practice,which results in secondary vocational school students' humanistic quality is relatively weak and different from each other.It is of great importance to explore how to improve the humanistic quality of students in secondary vocational schools and promote the future and sustainable development of secondary vocational schools.Based on the analysis of the connotation and significance of humanistic quality of secondary vocational school and the questionnaire survey,I found that secondary vocational school students lack in humanistic knowledge and humanistic spirit,the lack of the understanding of humanistic quality education and the unhealthy moral level make us so worried.The reasons for the formation of these situations are various.It mainly includes four aspects:the overall objective environment of the community;the present status of China's secondary vocational education;the influence of schools and teachers;the influence of family environments.Based on a detailed discussion on the cause of formation,I think there are some specific targeted strategies:multiple channels to understand the society and change the concept of education timely,including taking the educational activities as the center to promote the cultivation of humanistic quality and enhance the formation of humanistic quality through social activities;establishing the new concept of humanistic education and increasing the penetration effect of humanistic education;paying attention to the hidden courses of secondary vocational school students and improving the educational environment;establishing the evaluation system of humanistic quality education in order to cultivate students' moral character,will and humanistic spirit,promote the secondary vocational school students' personality development.
