Chinese homework is an indispensable important link in the process of Chinese teaching class, it can help teachers inspection of the teaching achievements and students learning effectively, the students have learned knowledge in the classroom is strengthened and the knowledge can migration from the homework. With the deepening reform of classroom teaching, Chinese homework showing some problems in the design and evaluation, such as work great but the quality is very poor, students’ burden, form a single job content, students isolated from the textbook knowledge and the lack of practical ability.These problems become the students basic education stage the constraints of the language ability and accomplishment. Therefore, the study of the effective design of primary school Chinese homework is very necessary.The paper summarizes and predecessors’ research, combing and analyzing the related research about homeworks design and evaluation at China and abroad, and based on the theory of multiple intelligences, constructivism theory, the recent development of many scientific theory to the theory and the teaching process optimization for Chinese homework design and evaluation of research, through to the senior student and teacher in a primary school in Beijing as the research object, the current research on the current situation of primary school Chinese homework design, for senior Chinese teacher in primary school in terms of homework design and evaluation provides a reference of theory and practice, and related suggestions are put forward. In Chinese homework design and evaluation, the attention to cultivate students ability to migrate to apply knowledge in the practical life, pay attention to cultivate students’ autonomous learning ability and cooperative innovation ability, provides the elementary school language teacher operation design help.This paper is mainly divided into three parts. The first part mainly summarizes the elementary school in senior Chinese homework in the design should follow the principle of theoretical basis and design; The second part will research results, respectively from the present situation of senior Chinese homework in elementary school, existing problems and causes of the problem, three aspects for data analysis; The third part mainly for senior Chinese homework design evaluation in primary school are put forward in this paper the problems put forward the measures and the suggestion, the final conclusion.
