Chinese homework is an important part of the process of chinese teaching in the classroom, and themost preliminary application of student’s knowledge. Chinese teachers can understand the situation ofstudent’s learning through the homework, and check their own effectiveness of teaching; students cancomplete the job to absorb and consolidate the knowledge. Then the students improve their ability toanalyze and solve problems.Chinese homework is so important, but it is considered as "supplementary classes" or"enhancement ofteaching", operated as the burden of students over the years. A lot of problems can be detected amongpresent Chinese homework. A large amount of homework with low quality results in low efficiency ofstudent learning. Too much learning burden is loaded on the students. Some homework is too easy whileothers may be designed too difficult, lack of pertinence and hierarchy. The majority of the homework, lackof system integrity, is found in a monotonous form with an unbalanced structure. And students’ subjectiverole in their homework has not guaranteed and encouraged to display their talents. Not only it is notconducive to student growth, but lost the original meaning of the proper of education. So,it is verynecessary to do the research on the design of Chinese homework.Paper absorbs and learns from the advanced educational theory and experience, and fills theconstructivism,"Multiple Intelligence",zone of proximal development into the design and evaluation ofChinese homework among the chinese construction of the design and evaluation of homework,and is in thebasis of scientific theory. In addition, the paper also describes the research and analysis experience at homeand abroad, for the chinese teacher assignments to provide a reference for practice. To testify theeffectiveness of the new assignment mode, the author made an empirical study within three schools inXinXiang city. Paper studies deeply on the entire process of the chinese layout and takes fully intoaccounting the nature and characteristics of chinese, for the design and evaluation of high school chineseteachers. It is a strong operational strategy.These strategies focus on the students’ practical life and the students of knowledge generation process.In addition, these strategies can stimulate the students’ interest in Chinese learning and enhance students’ confidence, cultivate their ability to innovate and cooperate and provide teachers with the Chinese desige.
