Chinese homework is the second learning of Chinese. It is not only an effective method and important way to consolidate knowledge, gain skills, develop habits and cultivate good personality traits, but also a method for teachers to check students' learning effects, discover the problem and improve the teaching.Meanwhile Homework design is an indispensable part in teaching design. But following an appeal for quality education, in the environment of the wide implementation of the new curriculum reform, teaching reform in full swing but the part of homework design has not been paid attention and development. If in the teaching process, the work design is not perfect, not science, the operation may be to the opposite of its value. How is the current situation of Chinese homework design of high grade primary school, what problems exist, what is the reason,how to solve the problem, Is there the model can be used for reference? These issues are the important reason for the author to carry out this research.The author selected three primary school from Jinan conducted a questionnaire survey for the students of grade five and six, at the same time, all the Chinese teachers in these three primary school grade five and six were selected to participate in the questionnaire survey and interviews. Through the questionnaire data analysis, comparative analysis and correlation analysis to summarize the current status of Chinese homework design of high grade primary school, founding that Chinese homework design of high grade primary school has some achievements,the amount of homework has become more reasonable; the type of homework has been diversified. At the same time, there are still many problems that there is no fundamental change in the exam oriented tendency of the homework design concept;homework form is single, lack of hierarchy; homework still has written tendencyand selective poor; the resource linkage of homework is poor; single evaluation subject, evaluation and feedback mode lack of humanity. This study based on the questionnaire survey analyses reasons from three aspects: the school, teacher and family. Looking forward to from four aspects: elements of homework design, the process of homework design, framework of homework design, specific application case of homework design pattern, for the teachers need design homework to provide specific model can be used for reference to improve or avoid the present problems Chinese homework design of high grade primary school.
