The Influence Of Chinese Youth 's Encouragement On The Employment View Of College Students

Since summer 2007, the film and television play "Struggle" which tells the inspirational story about 80 youth groups directed by Baogang Zhao played in a lot of satellites. It raised a hot wave ratings. After a few years, "Beijing youth", "The love story of Beijing", "The Chinese partner", "To the youth" and so on, youth inspirational theme film and television works emerge in endlessly, and it caused wide debate. Youth inspirational drama is no longer a subject matter, but became a film and reality TV spread a kind of issues worthy of study. Students and youth groups are the main viewers. As a result of years of higher education expansion, college students’ employment has become a prominent social problem. They need knowledge reserves and mentality of debugging. But in practice, colleges and universities pay less attention to the cultivation of students’ practical ability. So, it created wide resonance once the broad cast of the youth inspirational plays. This kind of film and television work inspires students and youth groups, help them to establish a healthy state of mind.This paper mainly revolves around the following four parts to discuss:The first part:An overview of Chinese youth inspirational drama, combining its status quo, problems and development direction; The second part:Using the method of questionnaire and interview to analyze the youth inspirational drama’s affections; The third part:To make analysis on the reasons and results based on the questionnaire results;The fourth part:Put forward the proposal about the relationship between Chinese youth inspirational drama and college students’ employment.This paper used three kinds of research methods:Literature, Questionnaire and Interview method.
