As an important platform for funding and education,the development of funding work in colleges and universities can effectively ensure that students with financial difficulties successfully complete their studies and promote educational equity.With the realization of China’s goal of entering a well-off society in 2020,our education focus has gradually shifted from education poverty alleviation to the strategy of strengthening the country through education.As an important part of the work of sponsoring education,inspirational education plays an important role in student financial aid.This research mainly follows the idea of "finding theoretical and practical basis-asking questions-analyzing problems-solving problems".Firstly,the relevant concepts and internal logical connections between inspirational education and funded education are discussed academically,and the logical relationship between the two is better grasped through the elaboration of the connotation,extension and value of inspirational education,as well as the introduction of the connotation of college funding and the subject and object of college funding.Secondly,taking the funding and education programs of 30 universities as the research content,the text content was analyzed with the help of qualitative analysis software ROST CM 6 and Nvivo 12 pro,and three important factors affecting the development of university funding and education were summarized,which provided theoretical guidance for the content research in the following article.Finally,taking Hangzhou H School as a case study,analyzing the development status of inspirational education in its funded education work,and by summarizing the relevant funding and education activities carried out by H School,analyzing the activity content with inspirational education elements,summarizing experience,and taking the three factors of subject,object and resource summarized in Chapter 2 as the analysis framework,it is found that the main development of inspirational education in the current college funding and education work mainly has the lack of professionalism in the construction of the main team.Inspirational elements explore the problems of lack of prominence and lack of rationality in the utilization of educational resources,and summarize the reasons for the mismatch between theoretical research and practical development of inspirational education,the lack of integration of poor student funding and inspirational connotation,and the unreasonable development of practice and curriculum resources.Finally,according to the analysis of the problem,the solution measures are proposed from three aspects: improving the inspirational education mechanism,excavating inspirational elements and strengthening the construction of inspirational brand.In general,the research idea of this paper is to start from the logic of the universityfunded education work itself,take students’ inspirational education as the starting point to analyze,grasp the basic overview of the implementation of inspirational education in the current college-funded education,analyze the current problems and internal reasons,and propose a more optimal path according to the problem.
