Political evaluation which is an important political lesson teaching, can find students’ weakness and shortcoming in students’ learning of the class and also find the problems of teaching of teachers. An excellent evaluation class is to help teachers find defects in the teaching,and it can inspire students’ thinking and improve the ability of problems solving.However, in the current teaching of political evaluation, because most of the teachers in the political evaluation lack the guide of scientific method, making the lesson difficult to play its unique effect. Teachers tend to only analyze the testing paper,in which case it lacks the attention to students’ divergent thinking, the development of ability. Explaining the text paper is in the order of numbers, which ignore the students’ subjectivity. In the meanwhile, teachers focus on the knowledge and skills but ignore the emotional attitude to students. These factors are the reasons of tiring, escaping and so on. Worse still, it is bad to improve the teachers major skill and the overall quality.This article first explain the function and status of the examination paper evaluation,the principle of teaching. Besides, And in the constructivism learning theory, metacognitive theory education, attribution theory combine the investigation questionnaire and the teaching practice of teachers. According to these factors, analyzing a few Haicheng senior high schools the political evaluation’s situation and students’ expectation to it. And aiming at the disadvantages that exist in the current examination evaluative, putting forward the strategy of teaching evaluation and the teaching practice mode, and passing reference to case provide the curriculum implementation steps.Practice has proved that the new teaching strategy can achieve a better interaction between teachers and students, and help students to improve the solving problem ability and innovation ability, but also can promote the cultivation of the teachers’ spirit, professional level, reflection ability, and improve the overall quality.
