Research On The Current Situation And Countermeasures Of Improving The Quality Of New - Type Farmers In Rural Areas By Using Information Technology

In the era of rapid development of information technology,promoting information technology applied to develop the new professional farmers,improving the quality of the type of professional farmers,speeding up the process of rural informatization construction,can greatly be beneficial to the improvement of the overall production capacity of agriculture,the prosperity of rural circulation market and promoted development of countryside economy.At present,China’s agriculture is in transition from traditional to modern agriculture.Although grain production realize ten years of continuous growth,”who to farme”,”how to farm”,is a serious problem.To solve these problems,we must speed up the cultivation of the new professional farmers and comprehensively improve the land farmers’ quality.For improving the quality of the new type of professional farmers,education and training is one of essential and effective way.Compared with traditional teaching methods, digital, intelligent, network and multimedia information technology has brought vigor and vitality when training to new professional farmers,so the use of information technology has a stronger superiority and functional features.Now,the diffusion and application of the informatics’ technology is relatively backward in the implementationof new type of profession farmers’ education and training in Sunan county,so the incomes of farmers and herdsmen and the competitive edge of products are affected to a certain extent,so as to restrict the pace of transformation from traditional agriculture to modern agriculture.In this paper, the use of information technology improving the quality of the new type of professional farmers as the research subject,analyzes farmers’ professional cultivation mode at home and abroad and summarizes its characteristics and successful experience.By questionnaire summary and analysis the basic situation of Sunan County peasants’ quality, cultivating way and current application of the information technology.Finally,the problems exist in the training process are dissected,and made the corresponding responses and suggestions.Through survey analysis, the process of making use of modern information technology to improve the quality of the new type of farmers in Sunan,there are several problem existing inadequacies with informationization infrastructure,less than individual’s ability to use for information technology and equipment,lacking of recognition of the importance of information technology in the development of farming and live stock industry,the big disparity between training content and farmers’ actual demand,the lack of specialized information talents.According to the existing problems and difficulties in the process of making use of modern information technology to improve the quality of the new type of farmers in Sunan,through adaptation of the advanced experience and way of the foreign and home countries about cultivating new model peasant,combined with local conditions,some suggestions are put forward,including improving the information technology infrastructure,enhance the farmers training work,improving their comprehensive quality, Construction of a high level of agricultural information personnel,adopting kinds of ways to make information go into villages and peasant households,So as to accelerate training force about the new type of professional farmers’ and promote rapid the development of agricultural modernization in Sunan.
