Educational supervision system is an important part of education system in our country. Our country’s education supervision system originated from the ancient "emperor supervised education ", through the development of the Ming and Qing dynasties then form a more standard visual system. During the "Cultural Revolution" period, our country’s education supervision work is subject to a certain impact, education supervision is stagnant. After the "Cultural Revolution", the education supervision system in our country was rapid recovery and development, the research of education supervision has got some progress. Then, in the process of learning from the western education theory and practice experience gradually formed a relatively complete system in security inspector. With the development and improvement of the system of the superintendent, the practice of our country has been launched, and promote the development of improving the quality of teaching and education.As the continuous implementation of two basics "goal, the new curriculum reform needs unceasing advancement, the importance of inspector "work more and more outstanding. So this article takes Y city of education inspectors work as the research object, through the questionnaire survey, interviews and other means, organization construction of regional education inspectors, inspectors team, the distribution of the main content of inspectors, inspectors work mode, were investigated the results of feedback mode and effectiveness and satisfaction. Found in Y City Education Inspectorate work, inspectors positioning partial administration, the supervision team structure are unreasonable; the area of responsibility of inspectors has not yet normalized, the superintendent content partial teaching management and light teaching to improve the way of the superintendent, heavy check and light guide, superintendent results low utility.
