Construction Of Evaluation Index System Of Primary School Physical Education In Jiangsu Province From The Perspective Of WSR System Methodology

Since the reform and opening up, the school sports work in our country has entered a new stage of development, have made great progress, but the development and implementation of the school sports work is unsatisfactory, an important reason is the weak evaluation system is not perfect, the lack of dynamic endogenous, in the Ministry of education and other departments jointly issued the "several opinions on further strengthening school sports work " also proposes to establish the implementation of school physical education evaluation system, therefore, combined with Jiangsu Province primary school the school sports work requirements, to construct a scientific, reasonable, and has important theoretical and realistic significance in line with the Jiangsu Province primary school the school sports work reality evaluation index system.This paper mainly uses the literature material law, Delphi technique, analytic hierarchy process, in order to "WSR" systems theory as the guiding ideology, basic through access to the school sports work evaluation of relevant literature, combined with the school PE in Jiangsu province to carry out the work requirements, the first step to construct the work of primary school physical education evaluation index system of preselected indices with Delphi technique, after two rounds of expert investigations on primary screening index to establish the WSR system methodology in primary, school under the school physical education evaluation index system, AHP to determine the weight of primary school sports work of the school level, two level, three level index value.The results of the study:1. To construct the WSR as primary index of primary school PE evaluation index system, including sports facilities, funding, planning, faculty, files, file organization plan, sports activities, classroom teaching, curriculum, education, physical health, the level of understanding, monitoring and management, teacher research of 13 level two indexes and 51 level three indexes of evaluation index system.2. Make easy operation of the<primary school standards for school sports work scale>, with benefit of primary school the school sports work objective, fair, scientific evaluation, and through quantitative and qualitative analysis and evaluation, in order to facilitate the work of primary school physical education to improve.
