Mother tongue, as a basic language, plays a decisive role in various countries. Language curriculum standards, as technical guidance document language, carries on the analysis regarding this, help to further enhance the inheritance and development of our mother tongue.China and Japan belong to Asia. They have the same historical and cultural background. Before The people reform, China and Japan have a lot of similarities in economic political and cultural aspects. Such as:respected and development of Confucian culture in Japan, and about filial piety culture so on. In this paper, it studies the differences and similarities about native language curriculum standards between the two countries. This paper begins to gradually analysis the development evolution of language curriculum standards about two countries, discussing the different background environment, getting the two curriculum development characteristics and let us know the worth for reference to China;To began to gradually analysis the basic conception of curriculum standard of two native curriculum development.To explore the different background, characteristics and development processes of bilateral Standard places, in order to use for reference; Analyzing the basic idea of language curriculum standards of the two countries, discussing the theory basis and the basic connotation of curriculum thought which they respectively emphasis; As for the analysis of the content and structure of curriculum, the curriculum content can be the whole package way above their focus and priorities, to better grasp the essence of the whole curriculum. Such as:comparative analysis of primary school mother language curriculum and the curriculum goal and the content of the target. They are also the focus of this paper. The goals of curriculum content respectively have word recognition、word writing、oral communication. reading and writing. To find out the different targets and requirements of the specific content of textbook writing advice between the two countries and their respective advantages and disadvantages, to offer a thought for development of our native textbook writing advice. Finally, there is a comparative analysis of textbook writing advice between the two countries. There are different ways of rendering about textbook writing advice. Such as:about the teaching advice of Chinese Language curriculum, the teaching materials should have statement about themselves and the characteristics and requirements of the specification, but as for Japan’s native language teaching advice, the teaching material should help developing the child what they need in ability requirements and specifications. So, about the mother tongue teaching advice of the two countries, this paper mainly reflects through teaching material of two countries.
