In order to gain an advantage in international competition, most countries had started basic education curriculum reform.Although the basic education curriculum reform in different countries are carried out based on different conditions, curriculum reform initiatives vary, all countries are faced with a similar age, also facing almost the same opportunities and challenges. Based on the analysis and comparison of the China Compulsory Education curriculum standards (2011 edition) and National Core Curriculum For Basic Education 2004, and thus learn from each other, providing a humble devotion to the further reform of curriculum standards.By combing our "the China Compulsory Education curriculum standards (2011 edition)" and National Core Curriculum For Basic Education 2004, translated and analyzed Finnish" National Core Curriculum For Basic Education 2004 "will be the two existing primary language.The innovation that systematically translated, compiled in Finland "National Core Curriculum For Basic Education 2004" and related content, providing detailed and accurate first-hand material for further study.Based on the introduction, the main research status at home and abroad to Finland existing primary language curriculum standards were consolidated and summarized and presented research methods.The first chapter mainly existing primary language curriculum standards development background. The second to fourth chapter are the important of this article, including three content, including the analysis and comparison of National Core Curriculum For Basic Education 2004 and values of the overall framework; overall goals and learning objectives segment analysis and comparison; comparative analysis on the evaluation recommendations or guidance.By comparison, Finland flexible curriculum standards,curriculum standards evaluation recommendations durability,Finland curriculum standards evaluation recommendations fit the times; Chinese curriculum standards evaluation recommended prominent Chinese cultural characteristics; these curriculum standards have highlighted the overall course evaluation and comprehensive.Therefore, this paper put forward in reflection and learning part, the language curriculum standards one should pay attention to three points:focusing on the use of language; concerning media literacy;concerning the difference between each students. With the development of society, the pace of change, curriculum reform era will be sent in robust, reform curriculum standards have long way to go. Only on the basis of maintaining characteristics and absorb the essence of the reform of curriculum standards of other countries,our curriculum standards will go farther down the road of reform.
