With the launching of the new curriculum reform, great changes took place in the system of historical textbooks in china. This paper intends to make a deep thinking on the reform of high school history textbook system, first through the comparison before and after the reform of teaching system, after the reform of history teaching material analysis of the advantages and existing problems, then according to the current teaching material, and puts forward some solutions and strategies.This paper is divided into two parts:The first part, comparison before and after the curriculum reform of high school history textbooks are different, there are two major changes:one is from chapter becomes special body; two is from a series to Sino-foreign co-editor. New textbook, avoid repetition and junior high school history curriculum; reversing the tendency of political center of the traditional history teaching; the limit of time and space to break through the traditional history teaching material for a thing. At the same time, the new textbooks have some problems, problems like high school history textbook content cohesion; the historical new curriculum changes a lot in the style, but artificially interrelated facts is divided into political, economic, ideological and cultural three parts, in violation of the historical sequence, systematic, integrity rules.The second part, point out the high school history teacher how to make rational use of the current teaching material, and puts forward some solutions to the problems with the new textbooks, illustrated by teaching examples. Main recommendations are:starting from the trend of the times and the national conditions, life based on the development of students, the rational use of textbooks; teaching history under the special history, the history is based on the selective about the topic, not exhaustive, but should reflect the temporal and causal history; high school history teachers should read a lot of academic monographs, and not just rely on textbooks, teachers should use their knowledge to properly handle the textbooks, will himself as the activation of textbooks, make up the defects of the new teaching material system.
