Education must cultivate socialist builders and successors who develop comprehensive moral,intellectual,physical,and artistic development.The importance of aesthetic education is self-evident.History,as a subject that cultivates students’ humanistic literacy,bears an important mission of aesthetic education for students.The thesis starts research from the excavation and application of aesthetic materials in high school history subject,hoping to provide a certain theoretical reference and practical reference for the majority of front-line history teachers.The thesis first defines the concept of aesthetics and aesthetic education,and then analyzes the value of the mining and application of high school historical aesthetic education materials.On this basis,the historical aesthetic materials are classified and combined with teaching cases to analyze the historical aesthetic materials.The mining methods and teaching strategies are explained.Through the research,the following conclusions are reached: First,it summarizes the method of excavating the aesthetic materials of the history subject of high school.In the process of excavating aesthetic education materials in textbooks,by insisting on starting from the characteristics of the times,closely combining the content of the textbooks,and making full use of high school history curriculum resources,we can unearth rich historical aesthetic materials.Secondly,it summarizes the ways of using aesthetic materials in the history subject of high school.In high school history teaching,the beauty of civilization achievements can be used through curriculum integration and the integration of the latest civilization achievements with history teaching.Creating historical situations and actively accumulating aesthetic materials in daily life can make better use of the beauty of harmony.Character-based teaching can fully show the beauty of ideals,and by combining the beauty of ideals,it can strengthen national identity and enhance national self-confidence.Explains the application methods of various historical aesthetic materials through specific teaching cases.Finally,the following principles should be followed when using aesthetic materials in history teaching.Students must be given full play to their dominant position,and aesthetic education materials should be used appropriately and scientifically.Teachers are required for the problems encountered in digging and using aesthetic materials in history teaching.Use teaching wit to solve.
