Currently, school culture construction exists everywhere, and educators realize that school culture is the soul of the development of school and plays an important role in influencing teachers and students’sense of values and philosophy, in promoting school taste and in the cohesion of people. Primary school culture plays an important part in the whole basic education system in influencing elementary students’ psychological personality, ideology, moral quality and behavior by regulating, managing, suggesting, influencing and inspiring students. It is a time that we are puzzled and confused with school culture construction, many headmasters are puzzled with the contents and methods of school culture construction, accept and imitate others blindly despite the historical and current situation. As a result, school culture, like water without a source and a tree without roots, has trouble in playing its due role. School culture construction has aroused the attention of School A. Based on its historical and current needs, School A has established "seeking truth" cultural identification system, including it into work schedule and carrying it out. By analyzing the typical practice of School A, this paper will provide some useful experience for other primary schools.This paper follows the logical order from theory to practice, then to thought. It can be divided into four parts, firstly, the introduction part, it introduces why to select the topic and the significance of the topic, summarizes relevant researches of school culture construction, evaluates the existing research and describes the research methods and contents. The second part explores the theoretical basis of school culture construction. This part mainly defines the related concepts, divides school culture into four-layer structures and proves the necessity and urgency of school cultural construction. The third part introduces the process of School A finding the way of "seeking truth", including a brief introduction of School A, the basis of "seeking truth" culture and the order of cultural construction of School A. The fourth part elaborates the construction contents of "seeking truth" culture of School A, unfolding from the aspects of the construction of spiritual culture, system culture, material culture and behavior culture construction. This part deals with the position of the "seeking truth" culture in the four-layer structures, construction and the achievements. Based on the fourth part, the fifth review the construction of truth-seeking culture of School A, including the inspiration, contradiction and solutions in the construction of truth-seeking culture of School A.
